THE SEMI RIGID MALLEABLE IMPLANT.

The semi rigid penile implant is the simplest and least expensive impotence device currently on the market.The implant consists of two malleable rods coated in high density silicone with a segment section for positioning.

This implant would suit a patient who would want less invasive surgery, with little time in hospital and the least expensive of all implants. To activate this implant is very easy because the implant is always erect.The patient simply bends the implant away from the body and after use the patient bends the implant towards the body to conceal.

There are no mechanical parts or fluid reservoirs with this implant so there is no waiting time for the erection so the patient does regain spontaneity. This implant does not alter length or girth of the penis

THE AMS AMBICOR PENILE IMPLANT.

The AMS Ambicor is currently the only 2 piece implant and consists of cylinders that are connected to a ball shaped pump in the scrotum. By gently squeezing the pump fluid is transferred from the back part of the cylinders to the front part gaining the erection.Deflating the implant is easily done by simply bending the penis around halfway resulting in the fluid returning to the back part of the cylinders.
