Penis Enlargement Surgery

Before the procedure

Firstly, the Surgeon is going to want to know what your expectations are for this operation. If you are looking for a huge penis then you are going to be disappointed. You have to be realistic. The Procedure

The operation is done under general anesthetic and takes about one to two hours. the procedure therefore is painless.

now, there are two parts to this operation, potentially at least. Firstly , we have the lengthening procedure followed by the fat transfer procedure to increase the girth. Most Patients opt for both techniques but that’s down to you and the Surgeon to decide.

To increase the length the Surgeon makes an incision in the pubic hairline and finds the suspensory ligament. When this is cut by the Surgeon it allows a certain proportion of the penis that is inside the body to be released. This gives the length gain. At the same time, the Surgeon performs a Z plasty technique to prevent retraction of the penile length due to the scar.

Because the incision is in the pubic hairline, there is no scar on the penis itself.

Next comes the thickening procedure. This is done by a very established technique known as dermal transfer. These dermal grafts  are taken from the Gluteal fold and transferred to the penis. This works better than the traditional method of fat transfer. This is because with standard fat transfer the fat is usually reabsorbed back into the body and therefore the initial gain is lost. This will not happen with dermal fat grafts because the skin stops the fat from being reabsorbed.

Sometimes, the Surgeon may advise some liposuction to the pubic fat pad which exposes more of the penis itself. If you are overweight this is something that you might want to pay attention to. Also, another tip for making your penis look bigger is to trim the pubic hair or shave it back altogether. This will make things look better, at least until you can have the operation.

After The Procedure

When the operation is over you will be taken back to your room to recuperate. the length of time in hospital will vary between one night and five nights, depending on the amount of surgery undertaken and your recovery progress. Expect to feel sore in the first few days.

You will need to arrange one to two weeks off work after the operation. Its important that you give yourself plenty of time to recuperate.

You will be given post operative medication and a series of check ups will be scheduled with your Surgeon.

At the end of the day you will have a bigger penis. how much bigger will depend somewhat on your own anatomy in terms of the length gain. Generally speaking gains of half an inch or more can be obtained but this will vary from person to person.

After the operation , when things have settled down you should have the confidence to get back to a satisfying sex life. It should be noted that as the suspensory ligament has been cut you may not have total control over your penis in certain sexual positions, for example with the women on top.
